Competence Manager / inVerita (offline)

First of all, we are looking for a person, who is a professional, who knows what he wants and how to achieve that, can help/support people with less experience, and wants to be a mentor. Who enjoys architect software from scratch and improve something totally broken in the short term as possible whether it's software or teams.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer, who works closely with React and Angular;
- Understanding of SDLC, and Agile methodologies
- Ability to support Sales and HR teams during their daily activities
- Experience in running pre-sales from a technology perspective, ability to deliver cost estimation, technology stack, and software architecture visionі during Discovery Phases and pre-sales for potential and existing customers
- Solid knowledge of software development life cycle
- Excellent organizational, time-management, coaching, and supervisory skills
- Highly responsible
- Perfect estimation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- English - Advanced level.

Additionally:
Experience with Node and Vue;
Experience as a Team Lead.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the team of more than 15 JS developers
- Taking an active part in presales
- Understanding of customer business requirements and converting them into a technical solution
- Evolving team of enthusiasts (taking part in technical career advice)
- Setting up best practices across the new and ongoing projects
- Taking part in a technical meetups organization.
