IT Recruiter (offline)
You are expected to have:
— 1+ years experience in IT recruitment;
— Experience in candidate selection, interviewing;
— Experience in direct search and headhunting;
— Excellent communication and networking skills;
— At least intermediate level of English.
As a great advantage:
— Technical background is a strong plus;
— Good understanding of the IT job market.
You are up to:
— Providing full cycle of recruitment;
— Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates;
— Maintaining candidates throughout all stages;
— Working closely with internal customers, recruitment and development teams, HR;
— Conducting the recruitment CRM-system.
