WebMeridian is looking for a Middle IT Recruiter in e-commerce and web development.

Required skills
Commercial experience in the search and selection of IT specialists - at least 2 years;
Successful proven track record of filling vacancies (mainly PHP, Magento, CMS); KPI implementation;
Skills in using active search techniques (recruiting, executive search, executive search);
Experience with PC (Word, Excel, Google Doc);
Responsibility, communication skills, initiative, result orientation;
The ability to sell a company and vacancies, the ability to convince a candidate that we have the best offer on the market;
The level of English is at least intermediate;
Desire to learn and develop.

Will be a plus:
Skills in writing marketing vacancies and company information;
Knowledge of German at a conversational level.
