You will be responsible for HR processes and procedures like recruitment, payroll, onboarding of new hires. You will act as a focal point for workplace management and take care of logistics for new hires(e.g.providing laptops, phones, etc.) and employer branding activities, client HR-related project

• Take care of the entire recruiting process
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for tech positions via active sourcing, job postings, referrals, etc.
• Responsible for the onboarding of the new employees
• Prepare necessary documentation for the new employees (work contracts, NDA, etc.)
• Logistic support for new employees (laptops, mobile phones, etc.)
• Play an active part in employer branding activities to attract high-profile tech talents and engage the employees
• Improve our company processes and employee satisfaction
• Support the collegues in the client projects where you can contribute with your HR domain knowledge (e.g., improve our skill catalog, create future-oriented job profiles for the clients, etc.)

Your profile
• At least 1-2 years of experience in tech recruiting, a successful track record of filling high profile tech positions like frontend, backend, product, business intelligence, or similar
• An analytical mindset and structured work style
• Basic understanding of the newest technologies like AWS, ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, ReactJS, or similar and curiosity to learn more
• Strong communication skills and researching skills
• Basic bookkeeping
• Interest in technology and product development
• Very good English skills; German skills are a plus
