QA Team Lead (offline)

We are currently looking for a QA Lead to join us!

Requirements:

1+ year as the QA Lead or 3+ years experience in software testing
Knowledge and understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques
Experience with different testing types (functional, performance, security, regression, UI/UX etc.)
Experience in writing test documentation
Understanding of SDLC
Experience with Agile/Scrum
Experience with test automation
English (intermediate level or higher)
Proactive

Primary responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of 7 QA engineers
Establish a QA process and offer improvements to product quality
Implement testing policies, procedures, and standards
Participate in sprint plannings and demos
Сonduct a review of test case documentation
Take part in product development at each stage to ensure product quality
Take part in requirements analysis and acceptance criteria definition
Create and maintain test documentation
Collaborate with the Customer Care team on handling customer requests
