HR Generalist (offline)

Responsibilities
— Set up and manage the hiring process;
— Participation in the full cycle of recruiting: from searching for specialists, interviewing, organizing all subsequent stages, to preparing an offer and onboarding an employee;
— Development and organization of the company's HR-strategy;
— Implement a useful process for onboarding new employees;
— Based on the best cases, to create a system of internal motivation of employees;
— Monitor the needs and problems of company employees;
— Introduce bonus system, loyalty and engagement research;
— Organization of team building and corporate events.

Must-have:
— More than 3-year experience in IT recruitment (experience in product or/and blockchain-related companies would be an advantage);
— Knowledge of differing recruitment practices and interview processes;
— Excellent networking;
— Strong written and communication skills;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English;
— Willingness to multitask and process large amounts of information.

It will be an advantage if you have:
— Interest in blockchain technology and basic knowledge of web development and mobile development.
