UI/UX Product Designer (offline)

Responsibilities:
* Design interfaces for mobile and web applications;
* Analyze and design user flows together with Product Team;
* Explain advantages and disadvantages of different UI/UX decisions and justify design approaches;
* Collaborate with Development teams.

Requirements:
* 3-5 year of experience on similar position;
* Portfolio is a MUST, applications without portfolio will not be considered;
* Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Figma;
* Experience with Zeplin;
* Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments;
*  Advanced English

Soft skills:
* Ability to work in a team with PM, PO and Frontend-developer.
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to discuss and explain design decisions, follow the client requirements
* Attention to details - Pixel perfect
* Understanding Website Development Processes
* Ability to work on multiple tasks
* Deadline Skill
