Project manager

RexIT is a company that provides services for the development of software products for optimization business process.

At the moment we are looking for a Project manager to implement our products and clients' projects.

Job Responsibilities:

*Managing the development of our products and projects of our clients;
*Writing technical specifications;
*Communication with our clients.

Requirements:

*Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
*Understanding development processes, for separating tasks for different types of developers;
*Ability to write clear and concise requirements and decompose requirements into specific tasks;
*Strong leadership and team motivation skills;
*1+ year of experience in Project Management in web industry;
*Understanding of the software development life cycle;
*Knowledge and experience with Scrum and Kanban development methodologies;
*Responsibility and attentiveness.

Will be plus:

*Experience in development;
*Knowledge of German;
*Technical education.
