IT Support Specialist/Helpdesk (offline)

Required skills:
— Responsibility
— Ability to read technical documentation
— Ability to document solution
— 1C Support experience is a plus
— Intermediate level of English is a must
— Willing of learning new things

Responsibilities:
— Internal Users technical support in Kiev Office
— Manage corporate accounts
— PC/Laptops Assembling & Installation
— Communication with hardware Suppliers, new hardware purchasing according to company procedure
— Maintain hardware inventory
— Repair of PC/Laptops
