Trainee DevOps Engineer (offline)

Aimprosoft, a fast-growing outsourcing IT company, is looking for a Trainee DevOps Engineer. This position provides an opportunity to start your career with educational projects and move to commercial ones.

The traineeship takes place within a real work environment: you will study 8 hours a day, staying in the company’s office, and collaborating closely with the DevOps team. We need a designer who lives in Kharkiv or will be ready to move to Kharkiv.

With the support of our friendly team, you will learn how to build, automate and launch new functionality and software solutions. That is a great opportunity for those who want to grow into a highly-qualified DevOps engineer.

Responsibilities:

- Collaboration with QA and Dev teams to understand current processes
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies
- Learning and taking part in the automation of AWS-based environment setup and configuration
- Learning and taking part in troubleshooting of issues with development environments
- Continuously learning and improving the technical skills, the client products, and workflows 

Required skills:

- Experience in Linux system administration
- Understanding of Internet technologies
- Basic level experience with AWS/Azure
- Experience with monitoring systems
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- English level — Pre-intermediate and higher
- Self-motivation
- Good communication skills

Would be a plus:

- Deep understanding of AWS
- Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle
- Python scripting skills
- Experience with Docker
