We are looking for Digital Marketing Specialist

Project Description:
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will manage day-to-day functions across marketing automation, content management and analytics reporting in addition to other responsibilities. You will work with the entire marketing team globally to execute projects successfully. This position will also lead projects & efforts associated with enhancements and integration of current & future digital tools via websites or other digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and execution of various multiplatform digital marketing programs including email marketing, marketing automation, content management and SEO/SEM
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns
• Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as website traffic, email performance, lead generation and so forth
• Work with business stakeholders to develop, test, and deploy digital tools
• Coordinate content management and web updates across the team
• Maintain communications with internal and external partners regarding requirements and timelines
Mandatory Skills Description:
• BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field
• 2+ years of proven experience in implementing integrated digital marketing programs
• Experience in email marketing and marketing automation programs (Marketo, Hubspot Freshmail, GetResponse, MailChimp, SALESmanago or similar)
• Background in SEO/SEM and paid advertising campaigns
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or similar
• Hands-on experience in content management including day to day website updating via CMS platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to communicate in English
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• UI/UX experience is a nice to have but not required
