Requirements:
1+ year of extensive IT recruitment experience (technical and non-technical positions)
Experience with a full-cycle recruiting process
Excellent sourcing skills using different platforms (LI, Github, etc.)
Experience with any recruitment ATS
Good understanding of IT market and recruitment tendencies
Familiarity with technology trends and modern programming languages
Detail-oriented and diligent attitude to operational process
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to get on with people well and maintain long-term relationships
Upper-intermediate English level

Would be a plus:
A good network of Java, JavaScript, .NET, Golang engineers

Responsibilities:
Conducting a full-cycle recruiting process
Maintaining up-to-date information in ATS and all related boards
Cooperating with internal teams and hiring managers
Building long-term relationships with key candidates
