Together with the Upland team, you’ll answer the most challenging questions the blockchain gaming industry faces around solving unique issues that have a broad impact on the business to create the most player-centric and engaging casual blockchain game in the world.

Requirements:
1+ year of Recruiter experience.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills.
English — Intermediate.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with managers and developers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Prescreening, scheduling interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
