IT Recruiter (offline)

We are looking for:

Proactive team player who is ready to face challenging tasks to develop the product from the scratch

Responsibilities:

- Conducting the full cycle of recruitment.
- Searching for new channels to attract job seekers.
- Conducting an initial interview, organizing a second interview with the Hiring Manager.
- Onboarding new employees.
- Company employees profile creation.
- Monitoring employees over the probationary periods.
- Communication with employees, assistance in solving controversial
situations.
- Keeping records of employees' documents.

Required skills:

- Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components.
- Experience in recruiting (2+ years).
- Proven experience working with IT vacancies.
- Experience in hiring both long-term employees and short-term contractors.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and market trends.
- Team-player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- English - upper-Intermediate.
