Java Team Lead for Ciklum Digital (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Lead, inspire and motivate a strong development team of backend and frontend programmers
• Manage the team in an agile environment
• Responsible for design, implementation, and scalability of core infrastructure architecture components
• Keeping track of the team’s delivery quality, and the team’s technical and process debt
• Hiring for positions on the team
• Communicating timely inside and outside the team

Requirements:
• BC in Computer science (or other relevant degrees), and at least 5 years of experience
• 4+ years of experience with Java + Spring stack
• Experience in developing logic solutions to complex challenges
• Experience with distributed architecture, micro services, message queues, REST API
• Experience with NoSQL
• Team player, willing to work in a dynamic startup environment
• Experience in managing the team of 4+ people (scrum model)
