Product Manager for SaaS product company (offline)

Fully remote position. SaaS product that solves a real pain for customers.

Looking for a smart product manager for our team. We are a SaaS product company in the eCommerce space.

Responsibilities:
- manage product roadmap
- market research for feature development
- story writing and sprint planning for development
- coordination of feature development, testing and deployment with dev team
- user feedback interviews
- customer support
- customer success for existing accounts
- product demos, onboardings, troubleshooting with customers via Zoom
- recording tutorials and articles for our Customer Docs

The perfect candidate is
a) nerdy
b) super tech-savvy and best case has webdev experience
c) someone who figures things out on their own pro-actively
d) has a creative side to be able to envision where they can take a product in the longterm

Position is on a freelance hourly basis up to 40 hours per week. Time needs to be tracked.
