Sales Development Representative (SDR) (offline)

The Sales Development Representative will work side by side with the Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Manager, and Marketing Manager.

The SDR works with leads generated by LeadGen specialists, filters out the ones that are not good fits, and makes everything possible to convert the right leads to the next stage - meeting with Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Efficient communication with the leads and prospects in English (English - Upper-intermediate or higher);

β€’ Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries on Upwork;

β€’ Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence;

β€’ Effectively partner and work across the GroupBWT teams;

β€’ Work closely with other teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools;

β€’ Schedule appointments and demos for GroupBWT;

β€’ Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email;

β€’ Act as the subject matter expert on GroupBWT offerings/solution development skills;

β€’ A high level of personal responsibility in a dynamic environment with room for individual development and personal growth.

Experience and Requirements:

β€’ The capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements from the job post and their response;

β€’ Experience of professional communication β€” written, verbal (for example, you have work experience as a Customer Support Representative);

β€’ Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals from an assigned territory or set of accounts;

β€’ Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company;

β€’ Contribute fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead;

β€’ You have an analytical set of mind.
