UI/UX Designer (offline)

Main responsibilities:
— Gathering and evaluating user requirements and behavior, in collaboration with SEO managers, the product department, and the wider marketing team;
— Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps;
— Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables);
— Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems;
— Work on layouts;
— Partnering with developers to maintain a cohesive design and experience throughout the products.

Skills Required:
— Professional work experience in a design environment (2+ years);
— Artistic talent — strong attention to detail;
— Expert-level skills in Sketch (Figma) & Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects)
— Еxperience with HTML, CSS as a must-have;
— Deep understanding of and a high empathy for customers and their problems;
— Excellent communication and presentation skills;
— English level Intermediate and higher;
— An extensive UI/UX portfolio is a must.
