- Intermediate level of English or higher
- Effective sourcing and outreach techniques using a variety of platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Google, StackOverflow, Github, X-ray searches etc
- General knowledge and understanding of the Ukrainian IT market
- Excellent negotiation skills

As a plus:

- Minimal experience as a Researcher/Sourcer or previous experience in a related sphere
- Completed relevant course
