Senior/Lead Recruiter (offline)

Required skills:
— 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience;
— Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques;
— Knowledge of various recruiting tools;
— Ready for quickly changing environment;
— Good understanding and overview of the IT market and its trends;
— Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process;
— Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems;
— Experience of closing Senior positions;
— English level - Intermediate and higher;
— Be able to share knowledge and experience, be a good mentor.


Will be a plus:
— Experience with e-commerce and Magento.

Duties:
— Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process;
— Create new ways to engage passive candidates through sourcing and social media;
— Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job boards;
— Screen candidates resumes, conduct interviews, give feedback to candidates;
— Create a competitive pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs.
