Junior Project manager (offline)

Required Skills:

— Minimum of 1 year work experience in a project management;
— A track record of successful project implementation in a software environment;
— Team management;
— Experience with international partners, customers;
— Advanced English level;
— Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;

Will be a plus:
— Experience in successfully implementing mobile products;
— Fintech area knowledge;
— Payments systems knowledge;
— Agile and/or PM certification;
— Technical background;

Responsibilities:
— Design project documentation;
— To pass projects in time;
— To be in budget (P&L);
— Planning (daily, monthly, quarterly);
— Drafting plan;
— Risks management;
— Definition of the necessary resources and the working environment, distribution them within the team;
— Prioritization of the tasks;
— Organization of work of the team according to the necessary tasks;
— Tracking the status of the project, the progress of the tasks;
— Team motivation;
— Problem solving;
— Communication with the customer;
— Expectations management.
