Project manager /Business Analyst (offline)

It is a US-based startup developing an exciting new solution in the HealthCare IT market based on Business Intelligence technologies and gamification.

This position is a mix of classic project management and business analytics + customer support so it will cover a big range of non-development sides in a product lifecycle
Participate in the Product and Feature level brainstorming and put together their results to the Stories/Documentation/JIRA

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for ongoing operational and release management of the product solution
-Perform in the planning/retrospective meetings
-As a Business Analyst participate/run requirements gathering from the different customer-based sources such as Calls with customers (e.g. Stake Holder Interview), Support management of Real Users.
-Be responsible for all change requests and version scope make updates for all required JIRA Stories in terms of the demo meetings, Customer Requests, Story Review, etc

Required skills:
-From 5+ years of experience in project development management and business analysis
-Knowledge of Agile-Family SDLC
-Be familiar with LEAN Startup Approach
-JIRA (with Tempo and Pivot Table), Confluence, Office Advanced Level
-Experience in iteration/version planning, work tracking, and other PM activities
-Deep understanding and experience of the Business Analysis principles
-Experience with Data-Driven Decisions and extensive experience in reports
-English upper-intermediate level or higher
