Team lead UX/UI designer (offline)

Duties:
- leading a team of designers (3-4 persons);
- understanding of the contemporary trends in design, researching trends and best practices in design, sharing your experience with the team;
- measuring the effectivity of the team;
- participation in the sale of projects and workshops with clients;
- development interfaces: sites, web and mobile applications (constantly lead the project);
- personal development and growth of your team members.

Requirements:
- excellent leadership and communication skills;
- skills in developing interfaces and design concepts;
- understanding of the principles of HTML, CSS, Java Script;
- English at least Upper-Intermediate;
- an extensive portfolio (web or mobile).
