Technical Recruiter

We are looking for Technical Recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists.
To be a successful Technical Recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills

Responsibilities:
Identifying, attracting and hiring the very best technical candidates
Full-cycle IT recruiting: interviewing, offering, negotiating and closing candidates for assigned requisitions
Developing search strategies to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited candidate spaces
Building strong relationships with customers

Requirements:
A good understanding of technology and technical skill
Experience in recruitment processes
The ability to conduct different types of interviews
The ability to design and implement recruitment strategies
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
