Manual QA (offline)

We are looking now for a Manual QA Engineer to test, develop, and execute tests to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute manual test cases;
- Provide clear and accurate reporting on testing progress and results;
- Review and analyze system specifications;
- Report and document technical issues;
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans;
- Work in a dynamic and international team;

Requirements:
- 2+ years of Manual QA experience;
- XML, Xpath, DOM model understanding;
- Understanding of QA processes, approaches, methodologies, and software development lifecycle;
- English level - Intermediate or higher (speaking / reading / writing);
- Team player with the ability to work in a distributed team;
- Attention to details;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;

Nice to have:
- Experience with Selenium;
- Experience with Postman / SoapUI or similar tools;
- Knowledge of HTTP, REST;
- Experience with TestRail or similar test case management system;
- Experience with Git;
- Background in HRMS / payroll domain.
