Product Manager in R&D (offline)

Now we are looking for a Product Manager in R&D who can, wants, and knows how to do cool stuff!

What we expect:
- Experience in product development, market research, product launch from idea to payback point
- Competence in project roadmap formation and main product metrics
- Strong understanding of UX/UI
- Analytical skills (you can calculate product’s unit economics)
- Hands-on experience with GA, Tag Manager, Figma/Sketch/Axure
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate+ English

Will be a big plus:
- Experience as a Product Marketing Manager or any relevant experience in Marketing, Dating, Gambling, Review

Personal qualities:
- Well-structured and attentive to details
- Willingness to complex tasks and responsibility
- Good humor sense must have

Responsibilities:
- Perform market research
- Research users interests to reach product-market fit
- Provide competitors research - the main difference and commons
- Define product goals with measurable objectives
- Form product roadmap and prioritize features backlog
- Generate and test product hypothesis (from idea development, design, and development to analysis and support)
- Work closely with developers and designers to deliver with quick time-to-market
- Search for the new channels of a product promotion
