Sales Manager (offline)

To support our growth, GroupBWT is looking for an experienced Sales/Business Development Manager to join our ambitious team. The successful candidate for this position is passionate about B2B sales just as we are. We need a strong personality that fosters respect and trust with our customers.

About this role: you will join a Sales Pod, that consists of SDRs, Lead Generation Managers, and Business Development Manager.

In your daily operations, you should be able to identify and qualify leads for new accounts, maximize profitability for the existent ones, and develop long-lasting trustful relationships with prospective clients through the sales cycle.

Most of your accounts are Inbound.
You will also join forces with the pre-sales team and make sure the communication of our expertise and proposals are made at the highest level.
You are a strong relationship builder, and your presentation and pitching abilities should be on point. You know how to close the deals to meet our company’s Key Results and KPIs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience in international sales or international business development with a proven track record of KPIs achievement;

• Fluent English (is a MUST);

• Strong communication and pitching skills;

• Good understanding of IT technologies and Software Development life cycle;

• Proven track record in IT-services B2B sales in the US, Western Europe, and other markets;

• Strong relationship builder;

• Solid business acumen;

• Experience with CRMs: Pipedrive, HubSpot, or other Sales Automation tools.

Skills & Abilities:

• Pitching and presentation skills;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences on business and technology-related subject matter storytelling;

• Team management;

• A result-driven and growth-oriented mindset;

• Competence in developing and delivering efficient presentations;

• Ability to discuss complex software concepts and product capabilities in a business-relevant manner;

• Technical background;

• A high level of personal responsibility in a dynamic environment with room for individual development and personal growth.

• Successfully close the deals;

• Define and achieve revenue targets;

• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously and maintain CRM records of all sales statuses;

• Identify customer needs;

• Advocate GroupBWT brand in all customer relationships;

• Deal with the technical team, BAs and PMs.
