Technical project manager (offline)
Our Project Management team is growing and we are looking for Technical Project Manager to join our mobile team in Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
- Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings.
- Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- With at least 5 years of work experience as a PM.
- Previous experience as a Project manager role in Mobile App development will be a plus.
- Experience in managing teams of at least 8 people.
- With an Information Technology background.
- Experience managing software engineering project is an advantage.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- English Upper-intermediate.
