• 2+ years of experience as a Head of Support or similar
• Experience working with remote teams is a huge plus!
• Experience working with IT or complex technology products
• Еxperience in building and organizing the work of the support team
• Upper-intermediate English
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with JIRA, ticket systems
• Ability to learn new technical product
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, time and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast, multitasking team environment
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of blockchain / cryptocurrency
• Technical background
• Experience with Linux, Bash
What will you do:
• Leading of the customer success department (hire, manage and motivate)
• Development of new channels for interaction with users (chat, messengers, etc.)
• Development and improvement of KPI
• Develop ways to automate support processes
• Organising trainings for newcomers and learning system for your team
• Be a true leader by motivating the team and making the working atmosphere productive and comfortable for everyone
• Work closely with COO to ensure users’ needs are heard
