Senior Data Engineer (offline)

Mission
- Control the pipelining, engineering and understanding of the data
- Collect, create and manage innovative data assets
- Estimate user requests for new or re-engineered analytics
- Develop data lake, data marts and subsequent enhancements
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding data availability
- Deliver new capabilities to the business
Requirements
- The ability to design, implement and use efficient database structures
- 4+years of working experience with Data platforms
- Robust SQL and data profiling skills
- Firm ELT experience using tools like Streams and Tasks or DBT or similar
- Experience with advanced data storage systems (e.g. S3, Snowflake, Athena, Glue)
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or Spotfire
- Knowledge of data types including JSON, XML, YAML is a plus
- Expertise in using AWS, Kubernetes, Docker and Airflow is a plus
- Good understanding of data warehousing principles, concepts and best practices (e.g. ODS, Data Mart, Data Lakes, Data Vault)
- High level of English
- Strong problem solving and analytic skills
