● Experience as a mentor, team lead
● Experience of work with KPIs is a must
● At least Intermediate level of English

● 2+ years of hands-on experience in Candidate LeadGen
● Knowledge of IT recruiting processes
● Knowledge of digital marketing
● Knowledge of custom software development processes
What will you do?
● Team Leadership of LeadGen (Sourcing) Team
● Establish operational processes of LeadGen Team
● Track personal and team KPIs
● Work closely with Recruiting managers to achieve business goals
● Do market researches & analysis
● Work with Candidate LeadGen channels leads
