Required skills

2+ years of experience in the IT field
Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Russian (Ukrainian);
Ability to switch dynamically between tasks and positions, to prioritize them and meet deadlines;
Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels (Linkedin, (of course:), job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches, etc.);
Work in a team of Senior Recruiters, use different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates;
Maintain a candidate database
Conduct pre-screenings
