Middle UX/UI designer (offline)

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in the development of web and mobile interfaces
• Availability of a portfolio with examples of real working projects
• Experience working on large and complex products or projects
• Understanding of usability principles and UX methodologies
• Experience in creating interfaces for analytical products or projects
• Knowledge of adaptive Web
• Knowledge of Android and iOS UI Guidelines
• Confident mastery of Figma using styles and components
• Knowledge of Adobe graphics packages
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
• Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and techniques
• Always ready to learn and improve
• Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities
• Contribute to the design of the high-load analytical platform
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and data analytics to define user problems, create interactive prototypes, and launch new features
• Design the architecture, interface, and interaction flow of services that reconciles user needs, business goals, and technological trends
• Develop personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
• Lead the design process, present and iterate design solutions
• Present and defend design solutions to your team and internal stakeholders
