Middle Salesforce QA Engineer (offline)

Our customer is Fortune 500 company. As a leading business-to-business organization, more than 3.2 million customers rely on its products in categories such as safety, material handling and metalworking, along with services like inventory management and technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Track and act on key quality metrics to achieve goals
• Work closely with the Product and Development teams during all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Review business requirements to write test cases and test plans
• Build and execute automated test cases
• Identify and document all levels of testing including functional, integration, user acceptance and exploratory
• Analyze test results, troubleshooting issues and write up defects with a high level of detail
• Participate in the Agile ceremonies: story grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective
•Responsible for communicating daily progress, issues, risks
• Be highly collaborative with test and dev engineers and business partners to deliver highest quality
• Be self-managed, but identify when escalation is needed

Required skills:

• 3+ years hands-on experience in manual web testing
• 1+ year — experience working with Salesforce
• Hands on experience with test automation
• Experience testing web services (SOAP/REST/JSON) using tools like SoapUI is a plus
• Hands on test automation development (e.g. Selenium, WebdriverIO, etc.)
• Experience with Agile SDLC and all associated ceremonies
• Translation of user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases
• Execute a blend of manual/functional, exploratory, and automated regression testing
• Validates deployments and quarterly SF releases to all environments
• Knowledge of testing tools like ALM or Jira
• Level of English — upper-intermediate
