Junior Recruiter/Sourcer (offline)

At Conscensia we are looking for a Sourcer/Recruiter Specialist, who will empower our HR team to make Conscensia a better place to work.

We expect you to have:
Up to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
Ability to find unique solutions to attracting, sourcing, selecting the candidates
Experience in recruiting a wide variety of roles in the IT area
Good understanding of the IT market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The knowledge of interview techniques and assessment of cultural and skills fit
Intermediate level of English or higher

Responsibilities:
Facilitate all phases of the recruitment process
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through active market research
Conduct interviews of potential candidates (phone interviews, in-person interviews, interviews with the customers)
Accurately document and track candidates in the ATS
