IT Recruiter (offline)

Required Skills
2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter specializing in tech recruitment.
Good understanding of the IT market in Lviv in particular and Ukraine in general.
Effective sourcing and outreach techniques using a variety of platforms and tools.
Spoken and written business English of at least B2.
Excellent communication skills.
Tech fluency: explain our tech challenges and tech stack.
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
Team-orientated approach to your work.
Ability to navigate ambiguity following through on commitments with little supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced changeable environment within short deadlines.
Experience in implementation and knowledge of HR practices would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle recruitment process including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates.
Cooperate directly with international stakeholders and local managers on a daily basis.
Enlarge and manage candidates’ database.
Create new ways of tech recruiting strategy to engage passive candidates through sourcing messages and creative outreach.
On-demand research the Ukraine Tech hiring market and recruiting industry trends.
Engage in data collecting for HR Market researches and Benchmarking.
Participation in common projects of the HR Team.
Assist in integrating the employees recruited into the Company.
