Responsibilities: - Conduct research to identify potential prospects via the established channels like LinkedIn and mass communication such as email and social media, initiate the first contact. - Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel. - Help drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities. - Ensure all communications are logged, information is accurate as well as reporting and follow-up activities meet the organization requirements.
We are open for candidates who prefer purely lead generation activities, and we will also consider those who would like to extend them with actual sales (or would like to shift to sales completely over time). For the latter, the list of responsibilities might also include:
- Conducting discovery calls with leads - Preparing proposals together with a tech team - Participating in negotiations
Required experience and skills - Fluent English (intermediate and even upper-intermediate won’t work) - Excellent communication skills - Diligence and emotional intelligence - Understanding Ukrainian IT outsourcing market - Experience in sales and lead generation is a plus, but not a must
