Project Description
We are looking for a Full Stack Team Leader to join the team of our customer.
Our customer is a technology and technical support company that specializes in visual technology and augmented reality. The company’s technology combines AI with deep machine learning, proprietary algorithms, and big data to deliver a scalable cognitive system that becomes smarter with every customer support interaction.
You will be responsible for the design and implementation of a product, making computer vision AI accessible to customers.
Technological stack runs on AWS and it is based on , MongoDB and among others.

Responsibilities
• Ability to take product challenges, design and lead a team to a successful implementation
• Bias for action and result driven
• Hands on/Managerial 50/50
• Full-stack development with up to 80% front-end/20% back-end, NodeJS as a backe-end (but if you are very proficient with the Front end, other Back end language could work, if you want to grow in NodeJS)
• Deliver high quality code with automated testing
• SCRUM methodology, working closely with product managers and R&D peers

Requirements
• People — experience leading 3 team members for 2 years
• Minimum 7 years of software development
• Minimum 5 years of JavaScript programming
• Minimum 2 years of React programming
• Strong computer science fundamentals, capable of design and problem-solving
• Committed to team work with proven communication skills
• Open minded, flexible thinking
