Business Development Manager (offline)

Requirements:

β€” Excellent spoken and written English. Advanced (C1) level is a must;
β€” 3+ years of experience in IT services sales for the US and/or Western Europe markets;
β€” Experience in full-cycle sales;
β€” Previous experience as Project Manager or Product Manager;
β€” Strong knowledge of sales techniques;
β€” Strong knowledge of client acquisition channels;
β€” Experience with HubSpot and/or other CRM;
β€” Experience in launching and managing sales operations with active quota-carrying sales;
β€” Ability to understand and address the client’s needs and translate technical team responses;
β€” General understanding of tech stack, development and design process;
β€” Good understanding of one of the domains: AdTech, Fintech, Music, Healthcare, or Mobile development.

Responsibilities:

β€” Nurture leads and build relationships;
β€” Answer inbound inquiries, analyze requirements;
β€” Qualify the leads;
β€” Present proposals and close deals;
β€” Prepare and get papers signed (according to our templates);
β€” Collaborate with the marketing department and CEO;
β€” Make sure every touch is logged in CRM.
