QA Automation Manager (Paris)

We are looking for QA Automation Manager to Paris (Relocation)

Необходимые навыки
— Commercial experience in QA more than 4 years
— Experience with Java and Python
— Spoken Upper-intermediate English
— Good knowledge of project or software management principles, processes and challenges; Previous experience is highly appreciated.
— General IT knowledge: Linux OS, Databases (Oracles and Postgres), Software development lifecycle, Agile methodology.
— Team spirit, Great communication and presentation skills.
— Curiosity and willingness to learn more about our Software as well as our business domain.

Будет плюсом
— Knowledge of French language
— Knowledge of Trading and Financial Markets (FIX protocol, Trading workflow).

Обязанности
— Management of the teams, by participating to the life cycle of the software and product development.
— Development of new automated testing tools for complex testing in automated trading environments.
— Creating client and senior management reporting through the appropriate communications tools to ensure transparency.
— Interaction with development teams/product teams for each delivery.
— Identify improvement areas and propose/design/implement solutions and new ways of working.
