IT Recruiter (Part-Time) (offline)

Requirements:

- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment or human resources
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews
- Previous experience working with IT industry
- Headhunter skills
- Organized databases with candidates’ data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English level: Intermediate or higher

Optional Requirements:

- Experience developing recruiting strategy
- The recruiter should have her/his own Recruiter-Linkedin profiles (500+ connections)

Responsibilities:

- Full lifecycle recruiting, identifying and attracting top talent
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates
- Developing and releasing job postings
- Screening candidates resume and job applications
- Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Managing candidate data and ensuring accuracy in the system
- Following up on interview process status and updating records in our internal database

Work specifics:
- Working days: Monday-Friday
- Schedule: 16:00-00:00 Kiev time (9 am - 5 pm EST)
