Test Engineer (Ad desk) (offline)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and skillful Test Engineer to become a part of the development process in our team.

Customer:

Our customer is a leading provider of customized self-serve advertising platforms for publishers, which come with the best features of ad forecasting, one-to-one direct deals, proposals sending, all targeting options, and ad tools.

Project:
The product is an Ad-desk platform, which is integrated with the publishers’ own ad servers, CRM and payment systems. The system was written by our team from scratch (no legacy from other companies), and we are relying on modern frameworks and tools for development.
As a part of the team, a Test Engineer will take ownership of the project from the testing side, participate in the planning and estimation of new features, functional testing.


Responsibilities:
- Plan and estimate testing activities
- Analyze and clarify requirements, create acceptance criteria
- Create test documentation (test cases, checklist)
- Perform manual Functional, Regression, Integration, and Compatibility testing
- Report issues, monitor reported issues, and verify when they are resolved
- Effectively collaborate with team members to achieve the best results
- Hold regular and clear status and progress reporting

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance
- Experience in Web testing
- Experience and deep awareness in functional testing (test design techniques, change impact analysis, etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile (Kanban, Scrum) methodologies
- Good communication and reporting skills
- At least Intermediate level of spoken and written English
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with Jira/Confluence tools
- Experience with requirements analysis
