Business Analyst BI (offline)

Project Description
The company is a leader in the pharmaceutical segment with head-office in Israel.
It involves implementing consistent, industry-standard business processes supported by integrated systems (SAP-based enterprise solutions) worldwide. This large-scale, global program will be implemented in the coming years in over 60 countries and 70 plants!

Responsibilities:
- the position collaborates to ensure relevant and complete analysis and timely reporting is provided to meet customer’s business needs
- identifies, collects, organizes, and prioritizes data requirements and supports business process changes to meet reporting requirements
- clarifies complex business issues and recommends solutions
- is an advocate in support of business process improvement through data analysis, process change and technology applications
- perform ETL designs in the Global Transparency Warehouse project

Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Required Skills:
- experience of two years in ETL design in the BI domain
- experience with development in ETL (preferably Datastage) and with programming in Oracle
- experience with complex SQL queries
- good communication skills and proficiency in English
