Project/Product Manager for antifraud product company (offline)

- Ability to interact daily with systems that are used in professional software development such as JIRA and Git.
- Experience in working in short, interactive development cycles, and have a great passion for working in agile development process environments.
- Good track record of being a fast learner, solutions-oriented, and able to work within agreed-upon timelines.
- A genuine interest in cybersecurity and fraud detection

- Upper-Intermediate English level (reading, verbal, and written).


Job to be done:
- Develop project plans, monitor and track progress
- Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed
- Maintain the project budget
- Prepare OKR’s and progress reports for the business team
- Participate in weekly prioritization meetings
- Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials
- Oversee the implementation of project improvements
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within the scope
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation is created and maintained
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department
- Research new features, plan and analyze requirements
- Develop solutions taking non-functional and operational requirements into consideration
- Ensure continuous delivery process is in place with a certain level of quality
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the organization
- Actively seek to share technical expertise with others
- Follow the best practices and process established in the team
