Project manager (offline)

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the organization and management of releases, whether for new or existing products, to ensure a successful, timed release of software.
Duties include all responsibilities related to managing the deliverables of the project. These may include (but are not limited to): project scope, project schedule, project budget, project resources, interfacing with Technical Managers, and with the Product Management team to build the project roadmaps and design intuitive solutions for our clients.
Major Accountabilities:
β€’ Ensure compliance with development policies, the commercialization process and required standard operating procedures.
β€’ Develop project charter, develop project management plan, direct & manage project work, monitor and control project, perform integrated change control, close project or phase
β€’ Lead the project team and coordinate all functional areas as necessary
(business, marketing, development, quality, service, regulatory, EHS/ECC,
documentation, supply chain, manufacturing) to complete deliverables on
scope, on time, on cost and on quality.
β€’ Identify project risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans, control risks.
β€’ Manage and control communications inside and outside the project team
β€’ Identify project stakeholders, manage and control stakeholder engagement

Primary Responsibilities:
β€’ Organizes and leads the project in close collaboration with the
multidisciplinary team, and particularly with the PLM, the TM, Regulatory
Affairs and PQA managers: identification and planning of tasks, deliverables
and necessary resources, budget preparation of the project, in compliance
with the product specifications, the planning and cost objectives assigned to it and the procedures in place,
β€’ Assigns tasks; Creates the Charter, the project development plan and the
design development plan,
β€’ Manage the project schedule to coordinate and verify the proper execution of project activities; identifies deviations, analyzes the causes with the members of the project team concerned; defines and implements with them the actions necessary to contain / correct the drifts,
β€’ Identifies and manages the risks associated with the execution of the project,
β€’ Ensure that the design / verification / validation control reviews are carried out in accordance with the directives in place,
β€’ If relevant, directs the Gate process: prepares the passage of the gates with the multidisciplinary team, organize and animate the examination meetings of the gates, manage the gates reports (documents, results, etc.),
β€’ Communicate regularly with Top Management on the progress of the project, the risks and difficulties encountered
β€’ If required by Top Management, organizes and leads the monthly project
review meeting with the TMs and the Business Equipment management team (Global, PLM, R&D, MFG, Service Engineering, QA, RA).
β€’ Works with Service Managers to ensure that adequate resources are in place for the execution of the project,
β€’ In case the PM supervises a program, ensure consistency and coordination between the projects constituting this program.
β€’ Ensures, or even leads, the resolution of problems reported by the project
teams
β€’ Exchange with his PM colleagues in order to ensure the consistency of
working methods and develop "Best Practices"
β€’ Checks that all processes and rules are applied with integrity and
professionalism within his project team (quality assurance system, financial
legal and regulatory)
