About the client:
Warner Music is one of the three largest musical labels. We are recreating their licensing and royalty creation system to be able to process large amounts of incoming data within seconds. We are creating a reactive system based in AWS, using lambda functions and Camunda as a business rules engine, which will allow to customize and scale the system infinitely.

Project: GLS - Global Licensing System

One of the core business applications, used internally by one of the biggest media companies of the world. Main goal of GLS is to manage licensing information on the recordings, belonging (or partially belonging) to WMG. Application consists of 3 main microservices, is hosted in AWS, does not have any legacy code whatsoever although is already in production.


Technology stack:

Backend: Java 8, Spring Boot, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS (S3, SQS, Kinesis, Lambda)
Frontend: Angular, NodeJS, HTML/CSS, Vanilla JS

Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience in software development;
- At least 2 years experience with Java 8+;
- Experience with Docker, Spring/Spring Boot;
- Proven experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases such as
PostgreSQL, MongoDB;
- Experience with Angular, HTML + CSS;
- English - Intermediate level and above.

Will be plus:
- Experience with Elasticsearch, AWS.


Responsibilities:
- Implementing user stories;
- Performing code reviews;
- Participating in client meetings;
- Writing unit tests;
- Сreating documentation;
- Сlarifying requirements with customers.
