UI/UX Designer (offline)

Requirements:

— Minimum of 3+ years experience in the design field;
— Deep experience in creating wireframes, user flows, UX specifications
— Knowledge of design systems;
— Knowledge in accessibility-focused design
— Ability to understand and solve challenging problems as well skills to argue for your decisions;
— Excellent knowledge of Figma design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and other);
— Experience in mobile design, web applications, web portals and back offices, interactive ads, and websites;
— Skills in applying user-centered design principles;
— Excellent eye for design and brand consistency; composition, typography and color theory knowledge;
— Excellent spoken and written English;
— Love reading and learning about current trends in design.


Will be a plus:
— Excellent team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
— HTML5;
— Knowledge of Principle, After Effects.


Responsibilities:
— Designing User Personas and Wireframing (user experience design);
— Creating designs for our mobile, desktop, and tablet websites;
— App design for iOS/Android;
— Bring innovate new concepts and collaborate with our existing design team.
