Product Marketing Manager (offline)

We are looking for ambitious Product Marketing Manager to join our team to further accelerate growth. You will be working from home, joining an internationally distributed team in areas including software development, customer support, sales, partner and business development, marketing, field technical services. Within the Sardina Systems team, we speak more than 15 languages!

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Sardina solutions: Communicate product values to prospective customers and channel partners
- Build understanding of and engagement with prospective customers
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, customers and account teams, ensuring revenue growth on existing customers
- Develop campaigns to support growth, pipeline generation, product and brand awareness
- Opportunity validation
- Contribute to product information (web material, brochures, white papers, etc.)
- Market and competitive research, provide input into product and market approach strategy
- Leverage relationships with key customers to publicize our case studies and our customers’ successes
- Take control of personal pipeline and manage portfolio of business engagements
- Pre-sale tasks, such as design, quotation, product presentations and negotiation all the way to post- sales operations such as contracting, order submission, and lifecycle support
- Cooperate with internal teams such as: Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Billing, Contracting, Legal, Product in order to support the customer efficiently and occasionally travel to European customer locations once CoVID19 travel restrictions are lifted

Qualifications
- Excellent English skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Speaks at least one other European language, such as Russian, German (preferable), Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian, French
- Experience in enterprise software and solutions sales, or professional services/consulting sales to enterprise customers
- Understanding of enterprise sales and channel processes
- Experience developing insightful proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in simple English to non-technical persons
- Relationship building and cooperation skills, analytical, planning and organizing skills, creativity, problem-solving skills

- Strong product positioning skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- High degree of motivation and is target driven
- Ability to rapidly understand positioning of products and services targeting enterprise customers
- Ability to rapidly research other players in similar and related areas of business
- Patient, methodical, and diligent approach to understanding prospects, customers and channel partners
- High degree of responsibility, strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize needs
- Good grasp of global affairs, economics, business
- Positive attitude and strategic thinking
- Design-thinking and understanding of UX/UI principles
