Android Team Lead (offline)

Requirements:
— 5+ years in Android development;
— Experience in leading development teams and communicating with customers;
— Expert knowledge of Kotlin, including coroutines;
— Proficiency in Java;
— Good understanding of modern Android application architecture;
— Perfect understanding of development principles and object-oriented design, e.g. SOLID;
— Deep knowledge of Android APIs and platform capabilities;
— Good understanding of industry-standard approaches and libraries such as Retrofit, Dagger, Android Jetpack, etc;
— Good knowledge of Git, Git flow, experience with the code review process and merge requests;
— Experience with Firebase — FCM, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, and other related technologies;
— Understanding of CI/CD procedures, tools, and pipelines.

— Maintain high standards of code quality by setting up the development process and performing code reviews;
— Follow and use the latest trends in technologies and software architectures;
— Conduct technical interviews to extend the team.
