We're looking for a smart and strategic driven Junior IT Recruiter to join our VeryBusy Recruiting team. An ideal candidate would conduct the full-cycle recruitment (including sourcing) to find, select and attract the best talents for our customers.

Essential qualities:
• 6+ months of year experience as Junior/Trainee IT Recruiter
• Good understanding of the Ukrainian IT market
• Candidates searching experience (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, proactivity, flexibility and sales skills
• Sense of initiative, attention to details and good communication skills
• Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written)

Desirable skills:
• Experience in conducting HR interviews
• Social activity on Facebook, LinkedIn

What you will do day-to-day:
• The full cycle of recruitment (active candidate's sourcing and screening, selection and support during all hiring process)
• Coordinating and conducting interviews, providing feedback, collaborate with decision makers
• Job market analysis and review
• Provide a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates
• Build and maintain strong partnership relations with candidates & customers
• Constantly develop yourself as a Recruitment professional
